Hours for entry are 6 a.m. to midnight with 24 - hour service available upon request.

Our Team

Bob's Mini Storage is owned by Bobby and Kea Hampton located at 3649 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, it is just one mile east of the bypass on Highway 270. We are open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday, business office will be closed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

New Building All Sizes Available

We have added another building with 41 units to our location. We now have 50 climate control units varying in size from 5x5 to 10x20. Something new is our 5x10 non-climate. They are filling up fast. Come by and say hi and let us show you around.

We are now entering our 5th year in the storage business and it has truly been a pleasure in serving Hot Springs and the surrounding area. You will enjoy our concrete drives which reduces dust in the units and keeps our storage business looking clean and new. We are proud members of the Arkansas Self Storage Association and the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce.
